PU Protective Film, that is, polyurethane protective film, is a transparent protective film with polyurethane as the main component. The PU protective film is made of transparent PET film as the base material, and the surface is coated with self-adsorbing polyurethane PU pressure-sensitive glue. Compared with silicone protective film, the adhesive layer of PU protective film is more stable, and there will be no residual glue after long-term bonding, thus effectively solving the problems of local degumming and white fog that may occur in silicone protective film.
This protective film has excellent anti-static effect, high surface cleanliness, and can maintain stable performance in high temperature and high humidity environments. Its exhaust performance and adsorption performance are excellent, ensuring a good fit. What's more worth mentioning is that the PU protective film does not leave any residual glue at high temperatures and has stable viscosity, making it very suitable for long-term use.

Application scenarios
1.2. Electronic product manufacturing and assembly: In the manufacturing and assembly process of electronic products such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops, PU protective films are widely used to protect key components such as screens, cameras, and touch panels. It protects against dust, scratches and fingerprints, keeping your electronics' appearance and functionality intact.
Automobile manufacturing industry: In the automobile manufacturing process, PU protective film is often used to protect the body paint, window glass and internal parts. It resists friction, impact and contamination during construction, ensuring cars look and perform flawlessly when they leave the factory.
3. Optical devices and precision instruments: The high transparency and excellent optical properties of PU protective film make it an ideal protective material for optical devices and precision instruments. It protects components such as lenses, lenses and sensors from contamination and scratches, ensuring the accuracy and performance of these devices.
4. Packaging and logistics: In the field of packaging and logistics, PU protective film can be used to protect product surfaces from wear and scratches during transportation and storage. It can be attached to items of various shapes and materials to provide an extra layer of protection for the product.
5. Building decoration: In building decoration projects, PU protective film is often used to protect fragile materials such as marble, glass, and stainless steel. It can prevent scratches, pollution and collisions during construction and ensure the integrity and aesthetics of decoration materials.

PU protective films are usually transparent in order to clearly show the appearance and status of the items being protected. However, in order to meet specific needs or provide different visual effects, PU protective films in other colors may also exist on the market, but this is relatively rare.
